OmniBridge has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. We are committed to ensuring our platform is used only for legitimate, permission-based SMS communication. Abuse of our platform will result in immediate account termination.
What counts as spam
The following activities are strictly prohibited on OmniBridge:
Sending messages to recipients who have not given explicit consent
Using purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists
Sending unsolicited commercial messages
Disguising the identity or origin of messages
Sending deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
Ignoring or bypassing opt-out requests
Sending messages at excessive frequency without consent
Violation of this policy results in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Consent requirements
Before sending any SMS via OmniBridge, you must have:
Explicit written or digital consent from each recipient
A clear record of when and how consent was obtained
Informed recipients of the purpose of your messages
Provided a clear opt-out mechanism in every message
Opt-out compliance
OmniBridge automatically processes STOP requests. As a sender you must:
Never send to a number that has replied STOP
Process opt-outs within 10 business days (platform does this automatically)
Not charge fees or require additional steps to unsubscribe
Honour opt-outs across all your campaigns
Reporting abuse
If you believe OmniBridge is being used to send you unsolicited messages, please report it via our support portal. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.
