Are there contracts or setup fees?+
No long-term contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden charges. You can cancel anytime.
How does email-to-SMS work?+
Your message is routed through our verified SMTP sender to a carrier gateway, which converts the email into a standard SMS and delivers it to the recipient. Every send is logged with its delivery status.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly plan credits reset each month, but any extra credits you purchase separately never expire as long as your account stays on a paid plan.
Which countries do you support?+
We primarily support EU and European destinations. International (non-European) destinations are available too, but are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — just get in touch and we'll confirm coverage for the countries you need.
Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?+
Yes. Your data is stored within the EU and is not transferred outside it. OmniBridge is built for GDPR compliance, including automatic opt-out handling and full data deletion on request.
Can I integrate OmniBridge with my existing systems?+
You can import contacts via CSV today. A REST API and deeper integrations are on our roadmap — if you have a specific integration need, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.
