OmniBridge is operated by P-P Group GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swiss data protection law (revDSG).

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and what rights you have as a data subject.

Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account information: name, email address, company name
• Billing information: payment method details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us)
• Usage data: SMS logs, delivery status, credit usage, login timestamps
• Contact data: phone numbers you import or enter for SMS campaigns
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type (for security purposes)
• Communication data: messages sent via our contact form

How we use your data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the OmniBridge platform
• Processing payments and managing your subscription
• Sending service notifications (delivery reports, billing alerts)
• Improving platform performance and fixing issues
• Complying with legal obligations
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Data storage and retention

Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure and on our Swiss-hosted cPanel servers. Some service providers we rely on may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA; where that occurs, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

• Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation
• SMS logs: retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted
• Billing records: retained for 10 years as required by Swiss law
• Security logs: retained for 90 days

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers — database and server infrastructure
• SMS gateway provider — only the phone number and message text required for delivery
• Stripe (payment processor, US-based) — billing information only, processed under their own privacy policy

All third-party processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request via our support portal or contact us through the contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

OmniBridge uses minimal cookies:

• Session cookie: required for login, deleted when you close your browser
• Theme preference: stores your light/dark mode choice locally in your browser

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
