Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OmniBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and P-P Group GmbH.

2. The service

OmniBridge provides an email-to-SMS messaging platform that allows businesses to send, schedule, and manage SMS campaigns. The service includes:

• SMS sending via email infrastructure
• Contact management and bulk import
• Message templates and automations
• Campaign scheduling and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with 30 days notice.

3. Accounts and registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation
• One account per organisation unless an Enterprise plan is active
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access

4. Credits, billing and refunds

OmniBridge operates on a credit-based system:

• Monthly plan credits are allocated at the start of each billing period and do not roll over
• Additional purchased credits never expire while your account remains on a paid plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are not issued for used credits or partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OmniBridge for:

• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) to recipients who have not opted in
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Sending to purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists
• Phishing, scam, or impersonation messages

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms with immediate effect and without refund.

7. Limitation of liability

OmniBridge and P-P Group GmbH are not liable for:

• SMS delivery failures caused by carrier filtering or network issues
• Loss of business or revenue resulting from service interruptions
• Content of messages sent by users
• Actions taken by recipients of your messages

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
